Nyroe: "Hey there..." Nyroe smiled, looking up from the fire. He quickly noticed her jacket was gone and sighed, giving her a disproving look. "Where's your jacket...?" He asked, getting up from his spot and walking over to her. He pulled her up gently, dusting off her lower back. "I swear... If you gave it to a stranger again...."
Ghiir: He looked over at Harper, sharpening her blade. She looked a little menacing, what with the fire light flickering off her eyes, and her smiling as she did so was also a little creepy. Still, she looked kind of sad too, being all alone over there. But she looked a little differently. "Uh... Where'd that jacket come from, Princess?" Asked Ghiir, raising a brow.

Alissa smiled sheepishly and blushed slightly. "But she looked so cold and sad, Nyroe... I couldn't help myself." She dusted the front of her shirt off and smiled a bit brighter. "You would've done the same thing, and you know it. I think she was definitely your type."
Ryker smiled slightly and nodded. "Sorry, I try to be good at making people feel better, but... Well, I'm a little out of practice, to be honest." He chuckled a bit to himself. He looked at her as they started walking. "Who do you need to apologize to?"
Harper didn't look up as Ghiir spoke to her. She knew he was referring to her, and her eyes narrowed a bit as her mood dropped slightly. "Harper." She cussed a bit as she sliced her left thumb and her ears laid back. She looked up at him over the fire. "My name is Harper. And I got the jacket from a friend." She sat her sword down and pulled the fish out of the fire, since they were thoroughly cooked. She stuck the sticks straight into the ground. "Here you go Kasce. They're done." Harper turned to Kira and held out her left hand, where the thumb was starting to bleed pretty badly. "Would you mind, Kira?" She smiled slightly.
Kira had been getting ready to thank Kasce for the platform, but Harper holding her hand out had interrupted her. She observed the cut for a moment. "That's pretty deep Harper..." Kira sighed, and slid her hands together sparking a small flame which she concentrated at the tip of her index finger. She pushed Harper's cut together and slid the flame over it, cauterizing it instantly. Kira glanced at Harper's face as she finished, and noticed there was no look of pain or anything to even register she had felt the fire. She let the fire dissipate. "There ya go, Harper. All done." Kira was rewarded with a slight smile. "Thanks Kira. I appreciate it." Harper stood and bent down and grabbed one of her knives before heading out into the woods. "I'll be at the river soaking this if anyone needs me." She disappeared through the tree line, without even a glance back. Coming down out of the tree had been a bad idea, but leaving her mood unattended was probably a worse thing to do. As she reached the river, she looked up at the double moons and sighed. 'Why am I such an idiot all the damn time....?' She removed the glove on her left hand gingerly and laid her hand in the cold water. She was starting to wish she had followed the werecat girl.

Ghiir: He frowned, getting up. "Sorry Sylvia, I'm gonna go for a walk. You're warm now, right?" He asked, trying to sound apologetic. Once she nodded, he walked in the direction Harper had gone. It didn't take him long to realize she had probably gone to the river. "Something bothering you?" He asked, leaning against a tree behind her. He didn't realize he may have startled her, seeing as how he didn't make a sound getting there.
Sylvia: As she watched Ghiir go, she sighed and looked back into the fire. At least she felt warm now. She reached over and grabbed a fish from the stick, blowing on it a little when it started to burn her fingers. Once it cooled, she bit into it slowly, trying not to hurt herself with the heat.
Nyroe: Nyroe scoffed, checking for any more scuffs on her cloths. He found some on her rear, which he quickly brushed off. "My type, huh? What makes you think that?" He asked, sounding a little amused. Nyroe was slightly interested in finding out what Alissa thought his "type" was. "And now I gotta get you ANOTHER jacket... I guess that'll be tomorrow, when we get to Port Town."

Harper froze and bristled slightly before relaxing her posture and glaring at the water. He tail curled around her and she scoffed. "Nothing that concerns you...." She'd come to the river to get away from him and he followed. That made no sense to her, especially since he'd been all cuddly with Sylvia. 'God damn, I'm pitiful....' She thought idly. "So why don't you just go back to the others." She didn't want it to sound like she was requesting it. She really didn't need this right now, not when she'd realized the source of her jealousy.
Alissa pouted slightly. "You don't HAVE to get me a new one, you know..." She smiled at him again. "She was really pretty! She had long black hair with green tips, and I think she was a werewolf. She seemed really nice too." Alissa snickered slightly. "And her chest was pretty big~." She blushed a bit and laughed as she sat down by the fire.

Nyroe: He rolled his eyes and joined Alissa, sitting next to her and watching the fire dance around the burning wood within it. "Yes I have to get you one, you need one." Nyroe smirked at the last part of Alissa's description of the woman. "Well, she's probably off doing her own thing right now..." Nyroe looked over at Alissa. "You cold? It's getting a little chilly out now." He sighed, just focusing on the fact that it'd only be one more night out here before he got to earth.
Ghiir: "I don't know. Why don't you be nice? Is there a reason for the hostility? Is it possible to be your friend? How do you divide by zero?" Ghiir chuckled, walking over to her, standing about four feet away. "Just... I just wanna know what's bothering you." He sighed, really hoping she wouldn't keep up the hostilities.

Alissa blushed just slightly. "Just a little. Nothing too bad, I guess." She smiled over at Nyroe and pulled her knees up to her chest. She was a bit cold, but she hated causing problems for Nyroe.
Harper scoffed, but her accursed conscience gave her away. She sighed and hung her head. "I'm trying to get over something childish, ok? It's irrelevant, and stupid, and I don't know why it's decided to hang around me like an iron curtain." She stood and dusted her pants off before turning and looking at him. "Satisfied?" She didn't wait for an answer as she turned and started walking along the edge of the river. There was no way she could tell him she was jealous. Harper could barely explain it to herself, let alone Ghiir. She had no idea how she would even begin that conversation.

Nyroe: Nyroe knew Alissa too well to know that she wasn't cold. She was obviously hiding it from him. "Your cold, so here." He smiled, taking his brown leather jacket off and placing it over her shoulders. It was a little big for her, but it made a suitable blanket for her. He smiled warmly at her and ruffled her hair a little. "You don't need to be tough, you know." Nyroe said, removing his hand from her shoulder. Alissa meant the world to him, and even the thought of her getting a cold made him sad.
Ghiir: He sighed, watching her leave. "Hardly." He smirked, running over and keeping up with her. "It doesn't matter why, I guess. I'd just rather you weren't angry at me, or whatever..." Ghiir added, before thinking a little. "Did I do something to make you angry?" He asked, wondering if that could be why she was hostile.

Alissa smiled at him and tugged the jacket around her shoulders. "Thanks Nyroe...." She blushed slightly, and stared into the fire. "I DO need to be tough..." She glanced at him and frowned slightly before averting her eyes once more. "Especially if I want you to see me for me instead of some kid..."
Harper groaned and laid her face in her hands. "I don't even know right now. This has never happened to me before you came around." She whirled on him and her ears were laid back. "Why is it that the moment I see you all over Sylvia, I feel this nauseating rolling in my stomach? Can you explain it to me? Because I know I'm sure as hell confused! And I'm feeling hostile, and hateful, and Sylvia doesn't deserve that from me." She growled and clenched her fists. "And somehow, it's YOUR fault. You're at the root of it, and for the life of me, I don't understand why! It's like I've suddenly become some obsessive fucking nut job!" Harper realized she was ranting, but she couldn't think of any other way. "It's like I became the most jealous bitch on the face of the planet in a little over an hour. And I swear to god, if you crack a joke at what I just said, I'll rip you to shreds." She huffed as she slowed down and glared slightly at him. "So you wanna tell me what my damn problem is? Cause I sure as hell don't understand it."

Kasce: Kasce gratefully took the fish making sure it didn't touch his cut, which had now stopped bleeding, and bit into it without waiting for it to cool down. The fish tasted good and made him realize he hadn't eaten anything since this morning. After finishing each bite he went for another and soon he'd finished eating what could be eaten. "That was good." he said, finally taking notice that both Harper and Ghiir were gone. "Uh... where did they go?"
Lyra: "Kira, and don't worry I wont hold it against you." Lyra responded setting off back towards the camp.

Nyroe: "I know you, Alissa. You aren't a kid anymore, I know that. But if you want me to see you for you, you have to be you. And that doesn't mean acting tough. You're a kind, gentle girl, and I know you can handle yourself but as with anyone, acting tough can get you no where." Nyroe sighed after his lecture. He'd told Alissa this before, but she always wanted to be stronger than she already was. 'It's got to be something from her past...' He thought, remembering how she never talked about it.
Sylvia: After taking another bite of her fish, Sylvia looked over to Kasce. "I think that's the direction they went to..." She replied, pointing over to some bushes with foot prints leading into them. She could tell they might be arguing, seeing as how she could hear Harper yelling. Though, Ghiir's voice couldn't be heard. Either way, she was pretty sure she was the only one with good enough hearing to hear them at this distance.
Ghiir: Ghiir furrowed his brow, and folded his arms. "Jealousy, probably. That's all. Though it's up to you to figure out why that bothers you so much." Ghiir said simply. He turned, starting to walk back to camp. "You're your own problem, not me. If you won't settle down, I'll just head back to camp."

Alissa huffed and crossed her arms on top of her knees. "I can be tough, ya know! You've seen me fight." She smiled sheepishly. "I just get taken out really fast..." She sighed and rested her head on her arms. "But I guess you're right..."
Harper felt her eyes widen a bit as he turned away and she moved forward, placing a hand gently on his shoulder to stop him. "W-wait a minute-!" She pulled her hand back as if she'd been burned and looked away with a sigh. "Yeah, I know it's jealousy. The problem is, is I'm having trouble understanding WHY I'm jealous. I mean, I have a hunch, but I don't particularly like the idea of that..." She groaned in frustration and turned away from him. "All I know, is that I've got all these fucking.... emotions rolling around that I didn't have to worry about before. And it's childish and I don't like it." She sighed. "I'm starting to think you just hurt my pride to be honest..." Harper scoffed and looked at the water. Her thumb was burning slightly without the cooling effect but she didn't mind it particularly. "When I was a bit younger, I did a lot of research on packs, wolves and werewolves both. And apparently, when a guy chooses one female over another, it means the one not chosen is unsatisfactory. Whether it be appearance or something else." She pushed her bangs away from her face and pinched the bridge of her nose. "I never had to worry about that. I haven't had a pack.... For a very long time. So when that instinct hit me, it just...." She laughed a bit humorlessly. "It really pissed me off..." Harper shook her head and stuck her hands in her pockets. "So, sorry to inconvenience you so much with my problems, Ghiir. I'll keep them to myself next time. You can go on back now with a clear conscience that you tried to help the incredibly bitchy, awful person in the group." With a flick of her tail, she turned and started walking along the edge of the river away from him. She felt like an idiot, a damn fool... Worst of all, she felt like an immature child. She didn't understand completely what was going on with her at the moment, and she didn't like not knowing things. What she did know, what that she really wanted to find someone to disagree with. Getting out her frustrations was probably the best idea. That way she wouldn't repeat what had just transpired with Ghiir.

Ghiir: Ghiir sighed, and turned around. "Don't talk yourself down, I didn't "pick" anyone. She was cold, so I helped. I guess it looked like something else but it wasn't." Ghiir said, sternly. "Just don't beat yourself up over it." He smiled, and started to walk the other way again.
Nyroe: "I know you can fight well, but that's not what I mean. My point is, that your not invincible, and asking for help AND accepting it doesn't make you any less tougher." Nyroe smiled, leaning over and hugging her. "Hungry? I still got the rest of your sandwich that you didn't eat." Nyroe reached over to the lunch box type bag and pulled out an apple for himself, taking a bite out of it.

Kasce: He looked in the direction that Sylvia had pointed. "They should hurry back. It isn't the smartest decision to go off this close tonight, and getting to Port Towns going to be difficult enough without some one having a sprained ankle or two people being pissed at each other." Kasce said before laying back looking up at the sky through the trees. Even without those possible issues, he wasn't looking forward to what would most likely await them at Port Town. Even if he was wrong than it would still be hell getting through everything.

Kira couldn't help but agree with Kasce. She was a bit worried about what was going on with Harper and Ghiir. "You do have a point..." She mumbled in response, but her attention was taken as Ryker returned with Lyra. She smiled. "Welcome back guys."
Harper blushed slightly, but scoffed quietly to herself. "Too late for that...." She mumbled. She continued walking, not ready to return quite yet, and stared out over the water. Harper had never wished more in her life to find some random hoodlum and knock his head off his shoulders.
Alissa felt herself blush as Nyroe hugged her and glanced. "Sure... I am a bit hungry actually." She schooled her face and smiled over at him.

Sylvia: "Oh, hi!" Sylvia smiled, looking to Ryker and Lyra after Kira had welcomed them back. She only wished that she just could have gone on that adventure thing with Kira and Ryker, and that nothing bad had happened. If only they had left sooner...
Nyroe: Nyroe nodded at her and reached back into the bag, pulling out a sandwich with a small bite already taken out of it. "Just like you left it." He chuckled, handing it to her. They hadn't packed much food since they didn't plan on taking long, but the few detours they had to take took quite a big chunk out of their time schedule. Now there was only a few crackers in the bag, but at least they could get to Port Town by tomorrow.

Lyra: "Thank you." She said before turning to Kira. She set down the fire wood and hugged kira before pushing away, her hands placed on Kira's shoulders. "I am sorry for what I said earlier. It was rude and crass." She said before moving to the side and taking one of the fish to eat.
Kasce: In recognition of both Ryker and Lyra returning Kasce nodded. Silently he stood up and moved over to Ryker. Holding the knife out so the handle was facing Ryker, Kasce spoke. "Thank you for letting me borrow this. Sorry for the bit of blood on it. Now if you'll excuse me I have one last thing to take care of before night." With the knife handed to Ryker, Kasce moved past him and into the woods.

Kira stared in slight surprise as Lyra hugged her. She blushed slightly. "O-oh, it's fine!" She chuckled a bit, startled by the sudden hug. She didn't think Lyra had liked her much at all. "I mean, you definitely had a point."
Ryker took the knife from Kasce and nodded at him. "Go ahead. We're not going anywhere." He watched silently as Kasce entered the woods, and he sighed before sitting down by the fire and warming his hands.
Harper walked until she could no long smell the smoke from their camp. Thankfully, she had an excellent sense of direction and rarely ever got lost, so she could easily find her way back. She sighed as she started to turn around to return to their fire; but the faintest whiff of smoke caught her attention and her ears twitched. Harper turned her head in the direction of it and sniffed. It was a fire alright, but it didn't have an undertone of cooked fish like her group's had. She considered checking it out. 'It could be the girl who gave me the jacket....' She thought idly. Slowly, she moved off in the direction of the smell.
Alissa smiled as she took the sandwich and got it out of its little baggie. "Thanks Nyroe!" She sighed happily as she took a bite and munched silently as she stared at the fire.

Calvarous & Tarune: "Almost ready?" Calvarous asked in a slightly excited tone. "Just about, my guys all know when we leave tomorrow." she said in response. "Mine as well." said Calvarous. "So, whats with the excitement? You aren't normally like this." Tarune said in a curious, half concerned glance. Calvarous began walking to the window and looked out. He sighed "We get to destroy one of Aestus' most used trading cities, not to mention that Port Town is thriving with a population of Seven-hundred thousand." Both of them had a slight chill at his blood thirst. "Well, that is why Valsh put us on the mission. Either way, we still do get to go together." she said. Calvarous turned and began to walk toward her. They embraced, then walked on to the deck eying the darkness outside.

Nyroe: "Your welcome." Nyroe smiled, before turning his gaze to the flames and watching them dance about in the fire pit. Fire had always fascinated him, but at the same time, he'd never liked how destructive it could be. "So pretty, yet so dangerous..." He thought out loud, before smirking and looking over at Alissa. "Could say the same about you, couldn't I?" He chuckled, remembering the few times she'd broken up their campsites by turning into something to big.
Nyrivin: Nyrivin had long since become bored of wandering the halls of this labyrinth-like castle. She let out a contemptuous sigh as her thoughts once again drifted back to Kira. The town she'd been in had been attacked, and of course Kira couldn't know anything about it. Nyrivin was annoyed at the mix of emotions that came from thinking about Kira. She wanted to just push it all away, and forget she'd ever met Kira again, but it seemed unbelievably hard. She actually WANTED to see her long lost friend again. After a short battle within her mind, she came to the decision to just see if she could find Kira at Port Town once the attack started. AFter all, she was going with them. 'I suppose it wouldn't hurt to look...' She thought, trying to justify her concern.

Kasce: Kasce continued walking into the forest letting the darkness surround him. The cool night air was welcome and calming. He made sure to walk out a bit farther then he usually would incase Sylvia or any one else with heightened hearing overheard his inevitable talk with Tego. Kasce smiled slightly as he found himself near the stream but fufther down. Relaxing his muscles, Kasce closed his eyes and pulled the amulet out of his pocket, holding it gently in his hand. Silently he stepped out over the water. His foot landed on solid ice and stuck as the ice spread out over the water. "Bravo. Bravo. That was absolutely amazing." Tego applauded patronizingly. "You aren't being helpful." Kasce responded calmly.
Lyra: "It doesn't matter if I had a point or not. It was still wrong and I had no reason to say it." Lyra responded grabbing one one of the fish and taking a bite out of it.

Kira smiled slightly. "If you say so, Lyra. Apology accepted, then." She sighed and stood. "Hang on, I'm gonna yell for Harper." She walked over to the edge of the trees and cupped her hands around her mouth. "Harper~!!" Kira was really hoping she'd hear her. She didn't like the idea of anyone being off on their own after the attack.
Harper froze as she heard Kira yell and her ear twitched; it was faint, but she heard it. It would seem Kira was calling her back. She sighed and looked up ahead of her where she could see the soft glow of the unknown fire. She was unsure whether to turn back or to continue walking. 'Actually, just walking in there would be a bad idea... They could be hostile.' Harper shook her head and turned around, heading back for their camp. Kira had had enough worry for one day, she figured.
Alissa blushed as she took a small bite of her sandwich, and smiled a bit. "Th-that's not true... I'm destructive, but... I'm not as pretty as flame." She glanced away a bit shyly. It wasn't the first time Nyroe had complimented her, but he always surprised her with the timing.

Sylvia: Sylvia was beginning to get bored after she finished eating her fish. "Hey, I'm going to go for some water. I'll be back soon." She said to everyone as she got up and walked in the direction that Kasce had. She knew the area a little bit, so she at least knew where the river was. By the time she had gotten close enough, she heard someone talking. Sylvia recognized the person's voice as Kasce. She didn't know why, but she felt the urge to find out who he was talking too, so she climbed up a tree silently and continued to wait and listen.
Ghiir: Ghiir just passed Sylvia on her way out of the camp as he himself just returned. "I'm back." He announced tiredly, yawning a little. And within ten seconds of being back, he'd already sat down and dozed off a little against a tree.
Nyroe: "Well I think you are." He smiled comfortingly, biting another chunk out of his apple. Alissa's adorable blushing and shyness always amused him, and sometimes he just couldn't help complimenting her. Still, he wasn't just saying that, she really was that pretty in his eyes.

Kasce: "Never said I would be, but since you asked. I suggest you hang them all." Tego responded. Kasce glared at Tego and responded. "I was thinking more of you being a target." With out a second thought, Kasce slid his right foot across the ice and and brought his left foot foot in a horizontal kicking motion. Ice clung to his heel creating a whip that shot out at Tego, who promptly ducked as the whip cut about where Tego's throat was. With Tego no longer there, the whip cut cleanly through a tree behind him. "Hey now. You know what happens when you hit me." Tego exclaimed now floating over the river. With out responding Kasce planted both feet onto the ice and bent down tapping it. The ice under him pushed outward, launching Kasce at Tego. Tego quickly shot over to the treeline. The shadows from the trees shot out and stopped Kasce in the air before launching him at Tego. With a twist of his foot at launch Kasce spun and Planted his shin on the tree just behind where Tego's head had been. as his shin connected with the wood, the shadows from around pushed in between the two and blasted outward at the tree, snapping it and sending it crashing. "You done?" Tego asked, picking himself off the ground having dropped. "For now, yes, but don't expect me to just quit. We'll pick this back up at home." Kasce responded, walking over the ice and onto the other side of the stream.

Kira sat back down by the fire and waited, seeing if Harper would hear her or not. She sighed and rolled down onto her side, watching the fire. She wondered if Nyrivin was ok wherever she was. Kira peered up over her shoulder as she saw Harper walk back into the camp. She smiled. "Welcome back, Harper..." She trailed off near the end and laid her head back down, starting to doze off.
Harper looked over at Kira as she welcomed her back and smiled slightly. She noticed Ghiir asleep against a tree and went to the tree away from him and curled up against the base of it. Her ears laid back as she stared at the fire, before she curled her head against her arms and nuzzled into the warmth. She'd noticed Ryker already passed out against a nearby tree, and she grinned slightly. She wondered what the future days may hold.
Alissa felt her cheeks redden a bit more as she finished off her sandwich. "W-well, if you say so, I guess..." She smiled a bit as her blush began to fade. "So, are we going to reach Port Town for sure tomorrow?"

Sylvia: Sylvia watched Kasce curiously, wondering who he was talking to. Whoever it was, Kasce didn't seem all that impressed they were there... But she couldn't exactly hear, smell, or even see the other person. She decided to move to the closest tree, a tall one, at the waters edge. The destruction caused by Kasce's ice whip seemed impressive, but she was really confused now that she knew there wasn't anyone there...
Nyroe: Nyroe smirked, looking back into the fire. "Well, if we fly there we should absolutely get to Port Town tomorrow. I'd like to land before getting too close, though. I think dragons took part in the majority of the attacks I've seen." Nyroe stopped talking and looked over at Alissa. "And I know you don't like flying, but we'll get there faster if we do."
